Background and Education
Professor Hall was previously a lecturer in global governance at the Hertie School of Governance, in Berlin, Germany. Her research areas include transnational advocacy, international organizations, global refugee governance,and climate change adaptation. She holds a DPhil (PhD) in International Relations from the University of Oxford, UK and a Master's Degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She has worked with the World Economic Forum and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and currently collaborates with a global network of digital activists.
